If you are not completely satisfied with your Wavelogix® product, you have 45-days from the date you receive your devices (or date of purchase from your local distributor) to return them for a refund. No questions asked!

 

If you purchased directly from Wavelogix


If you purchased your product from Wavelogix, please call Customer Support at 630.854.0269, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., (CST) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and specific return instructions. Alternatively, you may email https://wavelogix.tech/contact/, and we will use our best efforts to respond to you within one (1) business day. All products MUST include an RMA number for proper processing. We are unable to honor return requests after 45 days from the date of receipt.

 

If you purchased from a local distributor 


If you purchased your Wavelogix product from a local distributor, simply contact the distributor with your receipt as proof of purchase for a full refund. Your local retail store is unable to honor a refund after 45 days from the date of purchase. Refunds take approximately 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products to be processed. The refunds will be issued using the same means of payment that was used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To make a return, please visit https://wavelogix.tech/contact/ and simply enter the information associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.


Is an order slip required?
No order slip is required, as long as your returned product has its original tags intact and you use the return shipping label we provide to you.


Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.


Where can I find my shipping label?
Once you initiate your return through our https://wavelogix.tech/contact/ you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.


How long does it take to ship an exchange?
We ship exchanges immediately – even before we receive your original order.


How To Exchange Your Sensor for a Different Size
